Shipping address changes after an order has shipped are not permitted. If you instruct the freight/shipping carrier to change the address, you will be responsible for the additional charge in switching addresses. We strongly urge you put a "Ship to" address you know will have someone available and is correct. If not, shipment will be turned around to warehouse and Return Policy fees will apply, item will not be reshipped.

Any damaged/defective items should be noted in the first 24 hours after delivery (with UPS/USPS/FedEx) by phone or email. Freight damages should be noted at time of delivery with driver and reported to 3tailer Support by phone or email. If these guidelines are not followed orders will not be immediately accepted for shipping damage/defect claims. Per warranties with this manufacturer, items received with damaged pieces or defective parts will only be eligible for replacement parts/pieces. They are not approved for return. In some cases, the manufacturer will approve a donation for refund - but this is up to the discretion of the manufacturer as again, their warranty is for replacement of damaged pieces/parts.*
